SUPPORT FUND

Launched in 2016, the Novae Fund, operates on a system of micro-credit allocated each year to a producer who works with Novae. The amount, CHF 10,000 – CHF 50,000, corresponds to the laureate’s needs and is granted after close examination of the candidate’s application submitted to a jury of 3 Michelin star chefs and 2 executive chefs from Novae.

 

 

Environment

Reducing our ecological impact at all levels

 

The reduction and recovery of waste are demonstrated through such examples as our support for Fructibon which recovers discarded fruit and vegetables, our No Gaspi concept, and our partnership with Zero-Waste.

Our purchasing department works day after day to make purchases as local as possible with 70% of our fresh produce coming either from custom-made channels or from purchases less than 200 km away.
We also optimize delivery logistics and the search for alternatives to disposable packaging.
