Légufrais SA is a vegetable farm market located in the Gros-de-Vaud region. It works in three sectors: greenhouse production in Ependes (tomatoes, cucumbers and lamb’s lettuce), open field production in Oppens (lettuce, zucchini, fennel and cauliflower), and endive forcing.

Respecting crop rotation, as well as the rules of integrated production (PER), they ensure the quality of the produce which is entirely cultivated according to strict Suisse Garantie and Swissgap standards, while respecting the environment. Throughout the year, approximately 60 – 70 employees take care of planting, tending, harvesting, packing and finally, distributing the produce.
