To constantly improve the quality of his herd, Raphaël Schäublin works with two strong convictions. The first is a rigorous selection of breeding rams that come from France to ensure robust genetics for future lambs, as well as respect for conformity criteria. “I have the full pedigree of each animal and all of its lineage. I know all the criteria related to reproduction and I maintain full traceability,” explains Raphaël.
The second conviction is the exclusive practice of extensive breeding according to rates that respect the life cycles of the animal.
